At Boody, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable essentials. If your order isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size or color, a store credit with a bonus incentive, or a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and download your prepaid shipping label from the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt.
